1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Jymo Mart (the "App", "Website", or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our service is designed for hyper-local delivery; by using it, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Delivery & Timelines
The "15-Minute" Promise: While Jymo Mart strives for ultra-fast delivery, the 15-20 minute window is an estimate based on optimal conditions. Traffic, weather, and high demand may affect these times.
Service Areas: Delivery is only available within specific geo-fenced zones. If an order is placed outside these zones due to a technical error, Jymo Mart reserves the right to cancel and refund the order immediately.
3. Returns & Perishable Goods
Perishables (Vegetables, Milk, Meat)
Due to health and safety regulations, perishable items cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the rider has left the premises, unless the product is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
Non-Perishables
Items like packaged snacks or household goods can be returned within 24 hours if they are in their original, unopened packaging.
4. Limitation of Liability
Jymo Mart acts as a platform connecting users with local vendors. While we audit our partners for quality, we are not liable for the manufacturing quality of third-party products. In no event shall Jymo Mart be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our service.
